Private 1-1 Classes
The class will take place at The Botanical Cake Studio, 109 Westdean Avenue, London SE12 9NJ. Please note that this is a private address and so there is no sign outside.
The class will take place from 10am – 4pm (unless otherwise arranged).
All of the tools and materials needed for the class will be provided along with a light lunch and refreshments. Please inform Clare by email (info@thebotanicalcakestudio.com) of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 2 weeks before the class. All tools are provided for use during the class only and are not to be removed from the studio.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and the final balance is due 1 month before the class date.
Once you have reserved your place and made payment, we do not offer a refund if you cannot attend. Deposits are also non-refundable.
Group Classes
The class will take place at The Botanical Cake Studio, 109 Westdean Avenue, London SE12 9NJ. Please note that this is a private address and so there is no sign outside.
The class will begin at 9:45am sharp and will finish between 4pm and 5pm. Please ensure that you are able to arrive for 9:45am. Latecomers will disrupt the class for everyone and there is a lot to pack into one day!

Full payment is required to secure your place on the class. All spaces are non-refundable.
You will be given access to online classes following the workshop. Please note that logins may not be shared with anyone else and any downloadable material may not be copied, shared, published or replicated in any way as they remain the intellectual property of The Botanical Cake Studio. Anyone found to be account sharing will be removed from the online school.
Cake Classes – Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that The Botanical Cake Studio has to cancel a class, a full refund will be offered. The Botanical Cake Studio is unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class. Please double check dates and travel arrangements before you make a booking. The Botanical Cake Studio cannot be held liable for any money spent, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings for any cancelled classes or if you require to cancel your course. It is important that you have the appropriate insurance in place that will cover any additional costs for any cancellations. If The Botanical Cake Studio has to cancel a class and you have already made a booking, the refund amount from The Botanical Cake Studio will be limited to the total amount of money you spent on the class. If you have already made travel and accommodation bookings, these would need to be reclaimed via your own insurance policy and The Botanical Cake Studio will not be held liable for any costs for this.
