As 2025 draws to a close, I’m excited to announce TWO new London Spring Sugar Flower Workshops scheduled for March and April.
Nudes, caramels + whites
The first London workshop of the year will take place on Tuesday 10th – Wednesday 11th March 2026 and we will be working with earthy neutral tones. Think nude, blush and toffee caramel freshened up with the Pantone colour of the year, white.
What sugar flowers will you be teaching?
I will be teaching 5 flowers in this 2 day group workshop:
Vintage Reflexed Rose – this is a variation on my Quick Reflexed Rose – equally as speedy but with a slightly different petal formation plus gorgeous vintage blush colouring.
Toffee Rose – a rose with beautiful toffee caramel colouring and a unique double swirl of petals in the centre.
Anemone – based on “Mistral”, this anemone has a dark centre with white petals and a hint of blush.
Moth Orchid – I’ll be teaching my fail safe technique for creating stunning large white moth orchids otherwise known as phalaenopsis orchids.
Achillea Ptarmica – the perfect dainty little creamy white filler for your arrangements.
When is the workshop?
The Nudes, Caramels + Whites Sugar Flower Workshop will take place on Tuesday 10th – Wednesday 11th March 2026 in my studio in South East London. It will be a 2 day workshop allowing us plenty of time to cover all of the flowers in depth. A 2 day class is also advantageous to allow drying time for the petals and plenty of time for dusting and assembly. Each day the class will start promptly at 9:45am and will finish between 4pm and 5pm.
Late Spring workshop
Then in April, I will be teaching some of the flowers that bridge the gap between late Spring and early Summer. This 2 day group workshop will take place on Tuesday 14th – Wednesday 15th April 2026.
What sugar flowers will you be teaching?
I will be teaching 4 flowers in this 2 day group workshop:
Reflexed Tulip – you may have come across these on Pinterest or instagram and not realised they were tulips! The simple act of reflexing the petals of this late Spring favourite totally transforms appearance of a simple tulip.
Larkspur – tall spires with delicate double slightly frilled white flowers with hints of lime green.
Butterfly ranunculus – I adore the really ruffled varieties with wavy curling petals with hints of pink.
Wafer paper “Faded Coral Charm” peony – the ever popular Coral Charm peony looks even more magnificent as it fades into pale pink / cream blush shades. We will be capturing the delicate nature of these peonies in wafer paper.
When is the workshop?
The Late Spring workshop will take place on Tuesday 14th – Wednesday 15th April 2026. It will take place over the 2 days allowing us plenty of time to cover all of the flowers in depth. A 2 day class is also advantageous to allow drying time for the petals and plenty of time for dusting and assembly. Each day the class will start promptly at 9:45am and will finish between 4pm and 5pm.
What’s included in a Group Sugar Flower Workshop?
All tools and materials needed to make your flowers over the 2 days will be provided. You don’t need to bring anything with you and there is no need to take notes! After the workshop, you will receive access to an online class with step-by-step videos or a YouTube tutorial for each of the flowers to enable you to practice at home. Each online class also has its own cheat sheets with links to the tools required and written instructions to serve as a memory prompt.
A light lunch and refreshments will also be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking your place.
How many places are available?
My group workshops are taught with a maximum group size of 4 students. This enables me to give each student plenty of 1-1 help, feedback and the opportunity to ask questions.
Who is this class suitable for?
The class is suitable for all levels, although a basic knowledge of sugar flowers is preferable.
